Man, why can't they make a movie based off a game that had a plot that drove the gameplay like Call of Juarez? I liked that story a lot. It had a lot of narrative and it was cool.

Army of Two, The Sims, and World of Warcraft don't seem like good movie material, Prince of Persia might get old if they use the time reverse thing more than they use Bullet Time in the Matrix, and with how we treat our survival horror game movies, Dead Space is going to be a ripoff of Aliens or something. And Halo seems like it could be decent with some of the live action movie footage they did, but it seems too much like another Sci Fi movie about humans fighting other beings.

Are there any on this list I actually approve of? Well, Bioshock seems like it could be great. I heard they started working on it. Dante's Inferno is still too young, but it would be a neat action horror film. God of War could just be bloody awesomeness so long as they use things that are good, and Lost Planet, Uncharted, and inFAMOUS seem like good movie material.

I also heard they're working on a Castlevania movie. Here's hoping they don't screw it up.

But yeah, that's my two cents.

I think it has to do with their pre-made characters and storyline... there are some people who are interested in it, but they mostly have to do with affairs. Threesome, cheating, drama, shit that girls cream themselves over for some fuckin' reason, and then the other woman would come to their house to slap them in their face. Really, I have no clue, I do it to build a house and then play through one family's life with cheats before I get sick of it and bored.

Tekken is making a movie as well and another street fighter(as to cover up the shitty one they made awhile ago)

If they have a Vega in the new Street Fighter movie, they better not screw it up the ass like they did in Legend of Chun Li.

Tekken is not Hollywood made (or so I've heard), that's all I care! Fuckin' Legend of Chun Li was a disappointment, even though I did like some of the action, but only the action part (and that was only like 10% of the whole movie). Jin's actor is actually very accurate to the game character, Jin... as I've read. He's really half Caucasian and half Asian (forgot which part). Watching the trailer, there was a lot of characters that looked the way they're supposed to look, and I'm actually very excited upon its releasing date!! <3

It was funny to read when people were bitchin' about them not having Panda or something, lol. They made it really realistic, I feel anything abnormal would just throw the whole movie off.

Oh? Another street fighter movie? Really? Hm, I hope it's better now that they have the technology and CG to work around special effects ~

This scene alone from an old movie has so far been better and far more accurate than all Street Fighter movies made as of now. Will they ever topple it?

Psht, Kristin Kreuk tarnish Chun Li more. At least I know Jackie Chan can pull off some of the combos in Chun Li's commands.

This is from the movie City Hunter, which was loosely (AKA unrelated) based off a manga of the same name.

But yeah, I still stand by thinking they should make a Call of Juarez movie. It would be very hard to ruin an already perfectly set premise. Max Payne I could see, and Resident Evil had potential for butchering, but really all you need is a Western movie with lots of emotion in it and the interesting story between gun fights.
