It is a site dedicated to creating these character expansions which are to one day make their way into the uncertain-to-be-released flash game, Super Smash Flash 2, which is being developed by Greg McLeod (aka, Cleod9), the owner of mlceodgaming.com and its forums.
I went to the Expansion Forums once... Lotta people just aren't creative...
