Before bed

Just bored and curious , what's your night time ritual ?

Do you have to do anything before you get ready for bed ? like get a cup of water for the night or fill up your dogs food dish ( Mine ^.^)



And a big one which position is most comfortable to sleep in ?

I would say on my side either holding some kind of pillow/doll ... My small dog likes to sleep at my feet

... i brush my teeth and go to bed.

Check the forum, make sure I'm the last poster in all the ones I can manage. Send a PM or two out. I normally stop when I feel too tired to continue, the internet dies on me, or my mom is about to wake up. I don't have much of a routine before going to bed... I just curl up and pass out.

Position: The most comfortable to sleep in is being the little spoon with your sweetheart behind you, keeping your back all safe and warm ^__^ That, or he uses his back so that he doesn't have mah hair in his face when he sleeps ;P The second most comfortable would either be my back or my stomach, depending if I need to care about how my hair comes out in the morning without a shower.

I stopped holding something, it usually gets tossed to the side.... drop from the edge of the bed, or I kick it off of the edge of the bed ;P I just have five pillows and four blankets on my bed. With a few bills, snacks, and eraser(s)... oh, and I can't forget about mah laptop, that dropped yesterday morning since I thrashed around mah bed a bit more than usual.

Well, at Uni I usually go to bed about, 6 - 7 am, whenever I feel tired really.

I sleep on my side. Before bed i set my alarm clock and the alarm on my phone for 15 - 30 minutes apart. (Yeah, I tend to sleep through one alarm).

When I wake up I postpone the alarm a further 30 minutes and then am in somewhat of a panic to get ready. Get something to eat, like... whatever there is lying around, drink of whatever there is left, and leave for class.

Or, at home in NI:

Go to bed about 4 am (dad would kill me if i was up at 7 am cuz he'd be going to work), sleep.

Wake up when he comes to tell me to get up and that I'm being too lazy XD

I sleep through my alarm all the time XD ........ it doesn't help that they aren't annoying noise, or my mother. Ohhhh, my mother terrifies me >.<;; She'll make a good alarm clock, though I have been ignoring her more. Annoying, calling every five minutes, but I love her anyways~ Scary when she gets angry, which she rarely does nowadays o-o;; Good thing, or else she'll break a blood vessel.

I just try to get sleep at 11. I usually don't fall asleep for a while, and I toss and turn all night. I really am sleep deprived by the standard 8 hours of sleep thing, but I'm fine.
