Smiley Creation Contest (copied w/out permission)

I'm bored. (Also got year-banned from MG... yikes.) Also, nobody has ever come near the contests' section--heck, only one contest was ever there, and nobody entered, and by the time I came around to it it was obsolete.

Nobody can really give us a contest!?

I shall replicate, with no initiative, a contest from McLeodGaming Forums: Smiley Creation Contest, originally by Duster/IndyK./whomever.

Rewlz Rules

• Must fit one of the styles of this forum (copy an existing smiley and edit it...)
  
• One entry per round
  
• BG of pic must be transparent or about the same color as the forum's BG (dark gray...)

Animation may help!
