Other Section

Since Spam is closed, this should be a must

ill think about it let me get some opionions on this.....

If an "Other" section is created there must be special consideration with the rules placed there. If it is decided to be made, it will really define a change in what to post in the spam section (which is open again btw). A good but simple rule would be: "MAKE SURE THERES NO WHERE ELSE TO POST THIS BUT THAT IT CAN BE DISCUSSED!"
For example: someone at MG recently made a post about shareing what dreams you've had. Its not spam as it has potential to be discussed and theres nowhere else to place it. Understand?

We can do this
and we can take action if the topics dont fit the sections description!
Not as far as giving Warning Points but locking the topics....
And we should have examples on the rules...
i'll do this first thing tomorrow when i get on... so this is locked!
