I feel there is a fine line between someone who's dumb and someone's stupid. Yet, at the same time, maybe there is no such line... anyone have an opinion on the matter before I type mine. I feel that if I post my opinion, people will just quote it and just simply agree. That doesn't help me when I want another person's input.

Thats because there is a fine line... actually its a fact, not an opinion, there's definitions too.
Dumb is lacking knowledge. Stupid is having that knowledge but not using it.
An example of stupid would be writing an essay in Microsoft Word, and when you're finished, not using the spell check feature when you know its there.
An example of dumb would be not even knowing there was a spell check feature.
