| From talking about VHS to recording Saturday Cartoon... I realized I got myself another topic.
I remember recording Saturday cartoons with it (recording WB20 while watching channel 2).... Yugioh when it was still the first season, Pokemon from Kanto to Johto to Orange Islands, gosh, what else was on during that time..... o__O;; I remember that wrestling show with the word 'meat' on this forehead or some shit. I remember Shaman King, even though I didn't really watch it. One Piece, which I loathe. Batman Beyond. OH GOD!! I remember Looney Tunes!!! DD; They were so adorable, and I loved the Tweety bird-mystery show (forgot name, lol). Teen Titans. Gosh, what else did I see?!
Mind you, I didn't have cable, and I still don't... and I haven't watched Saturday cartoons in......... six to seven years O-o;; Or cartoons in general.
Discuss: - Saturday/Weekday Cartoons you remember seeing and enjoyed. - Saturday/Weekday Cartoons nowadays, and maybe how different it is from back in the days. - Were you one of the many kids that got up at seven in the morning to watch TV? XD

You watched Ultimate Muscle? YAAAAAAY!
I remember getting up to watch cartoons on Saturdays. I used to watch everything, basically. Nowadays I look back at the shows I never got to see, but I still have fond memories of my Saturday morning cartoons.
Back when they didn't suck.

And yeh, toonami stuff. I watched it for one purpose: Kevin Mask. Toonami has some great stuff, but Dragonball Z made me look down upon it a few years ago... I don't appreciate the long-dragging-super-seinen-power-charging episodes. Goku died twice for heaven's sake, stay dead, but noooo, they took the story to the Heavens. What the balls D< Dragonball GT wasn't bad.

Dragonball GT wasn't bad. DBZ was fucking great, Gt was the ehh one...It improved after the original guy who did DBZ came back to end it lol Still watchable though the end was good and almost cried lol i grew up with that show and i was like "NO I WANT MORE!!" But i knew that was the end of the series D= Then that AF crap started got my hopes up just to crush them to the ground But aside from DBZ they had Gundam,that show with the mechanical animals. Liger Zero was one of them i think..

| I didn't really get far in GT... there was only eight episodes on VHS... it was three years before it was released in the US and/or has an English version. So, back when I was, like, ten (?), it was not bad because it has Pan!! ;O Female fighter, it made me feel better about DB.
#18 in DBZ wasn't all that much since she came in towards the end, I believe. I don't quite follow it, so my information can be very wrong, lol.
Oh, I remember what I miss the most; Tarzan, or Buzz Lightyear when the movies came out and was popular. They made episodes out of them, that was awesome ;O

| =w= Ah, I see... I just, um, dun really watch it. It kinda bores me, the whole training shit was just BS to me. Greatest excuse I can think of is that I'm a girl ;P I choice Sailor Moon over it... and even then, that series also became quite BS. It was the same shit every time, she prevails everything... she always win. I personally feel that it's too deep for kids to understand completely.... especially the romance part o-o;;
..... G Gundam was epic in Cantonese. The manga was gay. -Wanted to put that out there cuz she was thinking of her childhood-

| it is hard to go wrong with gient robot battle suits. a smaller fighter ship would have been less resource consuming, but I guess a robot has the advantage in psychological warfare. | |
