Episode 6: The continuous Love Problem

Most of you guys are guys.... so, maybe this isn't the place to ask for help... but, I guess, I can ask it like it's the other way around.

What do you do when a girlfriend who you've been dating for a year breaks up with you, if you were a very protective guy? By very, I mean V-E-R-Y. VEEEEEEEEEEEEERY protective and jealous.
Granted, you don't have to have experience to answer this, but I would like an answer from someone who has experienced the other side.

Which would you prefer?

- Over the phone.
- On MSN.
- On MSN - video chat?
- A pm on Gaia.
- A pm on Facebook.
- In a letter.
- In an email.

(There is no option eight, in person... don't even bitch about it)

Well if your not doing it in person then i would suggest over the phone....

Well, it's not that I don't want to do it in person, it's that I can't and it will cost me $200 to do it in person... and that's only if he drives me back to the airport and not leave me straddle in that beautiful city that I love so much

I think its wrong to do it thru messages or letters..
Either face to face or by phone thats what i think

Okay, another question... or two.

Naturally, you would say, "I'm breaking up with you" in the beginning of the conversation... I'm sure you're supposed to say it after saying hello... would you let them rant, or would hanging up just piss them off further? >.>;; I kinda know the answer to that, but I don't wanna hear the rant.

Would politeness stop it? =/

It depends on the person. With me; if they're polite and just give a legitimate reason, I'd understand and leave it at that. But some people aren't as understanding, and are ignorant to things. I guess as long they have enough sense to allow you time to talk, then they would have enough sense to understand.

If they do not listen or understand, what am I supposed to do then? =/
