Halloween Theme

Ok, so I've been working on the board's Halloween theme (such as our new banner, seen above ^^) and I need to know if this board's CSS sheet can be changed and if you'd like to use the halloween theme (modified from the current theme). Also, is it possible to change the "no new posts", etc. pics?

Of course it's just a suggestion. I'll hold off on updates and whatnot until I know if I've got the word or not.

Had to do similar things with my sites/forums. Default styles pissed me off.

Well, a lot of default themes had half of the color scheme I wanted and the other half didn't look the way I wanted or they had only part of the feel I was going for.

Oh, hell no. It'll just take a long time with how many text styles there are.
