No, she didn't. She was shoved into a hole and the only reason why they have a second movie is because one of her babies went into the Predator (assuming they are the hunters of the show and the aliens are the things being hunted), when the warrior was in his resting bed in the ship, the alien popped out of his stomach at the end of the first movie.

Between the first and the second movie, the alien infected the entire crew and they crashed into a small town. That's how the second movie came to life.
