Although most of the details has been worked out by Tiduseya and I, this is a place for you to add in your input and ideas. The story is still raw and weak, we are working on strengthening it to make it a full blown story with many chapters to come.

Dry Ocean originally started with Tiduseya, and I have yet to find out how he came up with it. I guess, I'm gonna take credit for starting the snowball though. I have created a character named Lilith, with no influences whatsoever from the show called Supernaturals. I tossed her into the 4-ways Battle, created by Kebin, and had begin working in some background story as well as some other kinks. A demon with a lot of evasion, I fixed that a bit. A few months after 4-ways died, I found myself seeking roleplays to play Lilith in... yet, I found none that could handle her haxness. Seeking Tiduseya out, I whined for him to start a storyline that would allow me to play my Lilith, and so, he created a storyline with six different races. We discussed it for about half a month, and finally, we got the race established. A map was drawn, we started a thread on Gaia... but we rarely have time for it anymore. We got carried away with two characters, who became the support pillars of our ideas for Dry Ocean.

How we came up with the title, Dry Ocean. It was very simple and cute, actually. So, Tiduseya was saying... "the place is flourished with water, and it was then sealed away in a seed; making it like a dry ocean". We had struggled for a name, and when he said "dry ocean", both of our minds just lit the lightbulb! DRY OCEAN! Ta da~ XD

what exactly is the setting?

Dry Ocean is where most of the Story will take place. In the Dry Ocean Public, you see a map that kind of shows the land masses seperated by a lighter colored sand. That whole area is Dry Ocean. The Darker colored areas is where the different Races reside, holding onto whatever little water they have left.

The lack of water is due to a War that occurred before the Roleplay began. This War began because of the Bezo's ability to Seal was something that the whole world felt was too powerful to be excluded to one race and requested that they share its secrets. Due to the ignorance and lack of leadership qualities among some of the other Leaders, they grew impatient and threatened the Bezo with War. Percius was the only oother Race that stood by Bezo in the War, standing on the Claim that every Race had it's own abilities because they were supposed to work together peacefully. The rest of the world stood together in unison, ready to kill for the secret...it was unknown exactly WHY they wanted it...but propaganda quickly overshadowed the true reasoning.

By the end of the War Bezo had finally grown tired, deciding that a final outcome should be met. Diemon (One of the Bezon Elders) declared that an example should be made of how powerful they were, to finish the war...but his idea of sealing the entire ocean strained the nations relationship with the Water-Dependant Percius'. After convincing the Council to do it anyways, and tricking the Percius Government into showing their succession Ceremonies, (To which Deimon knew quite well would disgust everyone that had thought of them as any sort of intelligent being; And Ultimately blackballing Percius from the entire world) Deimon moved his final piece into play, bringing the new Percius Queen Lilith to Bezo and Sealing her off. The details of it are unknown as of now, but how he was able to manipulate so many outcomes affectively is still a mystery.

The Roleplay Starts a decade after the Events of Dry Ocean, but flashbacks to the very begining.
