(What is with everyone calling her Lillith instead of Lilith? One L, people... it hasn't changed from 4-ways, it has not changed in the Tavern of the Wind, nor has it changed in Dry Ocean).

well, you see, civilization continued, and cause this is America who was hit, no one obeyed the quarantine and it spread to the whole world. scattered about there are the few who were immune. that immunity was passed to there children. you would be 3rd generation regular humans. if you want kick ass super powers you'll have to locate the basses which would be on a map in-..... not gonna give away to much, but it would be top secret so ether learn to hack or find some one else who knows.

Ah, I think I get it.......... it's like I am Legend, with the ruins of buildings and cars.
I guess, what I can't put together is that.... there are people living, using, and surviving... so how can there be still some unused materials. Especially if we're third generation. I'm sure the immune man and woman did not just have one child, they'll have a few mouths to feed. So that means a whole town would be raided through and one house would be stocked up since I'm sure they know the basics of survival.

Well, it does say that the current population of the world is only three million... And when compared to the six and-a-half billion we have now, I'd say that resources are probably still in good standing.
Then the people who "have gone feral, crazy and blood thirsty" probably kept the population from reforming properly.
So I'll assume that the population in that dimension was roughly the same as ours and say that the virus killed down to 1.5 billion people, and the population listed is the estimate of how many people remained sane and non-cannibalistic monsters past the lines of insanity.

Hmm... I'd say that it can be a working scenario.

But that's my logic on it. Let's wait for Robert to wake up and see what he says...
And I may join this one. Reminds me somewhat of Fallout, just a virus messed up the world rather than nukes.
